Imua Family Services is seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to oversee our care coordination and therapeutic teams, focusing on families with children aged 0-8 experiencing developmental challenges. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Assist in the administration of services for children receiving support from Imua Family Services under the guidance of the program/clinical director.
  • Ensure high standards of education and clinical care are maintained, meeting all targets and objectives in accordance with agency, healthcare, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead a team of direct service and support staff through effective mentoring, coaching, and supervision.
  • Manage daily operations, program planning, and ongoing development of services offered by Imua Family Services.
  • Compile necessary data for accurate reporting and billing to various funding sources, including the Department of Health Early Intervention Section and medical insurance providers.
  • Collaborate with the program/clinical director to provide supervision and clinical support to other program professionals, adhering to established policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Education, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Special Education, Speech-Language Pathology, Social Work) from an accredited institution.
  • Preferred experience working with children from birth to age eight.

Compensation:

This is a Full-Time Salary Exempt position, with compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications, starting at $56,000 annually.
