**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Process cash handling and account transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Open and maintain deposit accounts, including checking and savings accounts
  • Process payments, withdrawals, and other financial transactions
  • Assist customers with financial product and service inquiries
  • Maintain knowledge of financial products and services offered by Finance Factors Ltd
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

**Requirements**

  • Cash handling and customer service experience is highly desirable
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently process cash handling and account transactions
  • Ability to learn and apply basic deposit regulatory compliance requirements
