Job Title: Logistics Sales Manager

Crystal Equation is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize customer retention and growth.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer behavior.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management on key account performance and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in international freight forwarding, warehouse operations, or relevant logistics sales experience.
  • Ability to build trustworthy relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000.
