We are seeking a seasoned logistics sales professional to join our team at Sigmaways. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the domestic and international freight forwarding industry.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts, leveraging your expertise in logistics and sales to drive growth and revenue expansion.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic account plans, aligning business strategies with the goals of key accounts.
Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Stay ahead of the competition by conducting market research and analyzing industry trends, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about relevant updates, new offerings, and industry insights.
Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field required.

7+ years of experience in international freight forwarding, warehouse operations, and/or relevant logistics sales experience required.

Possess a thorough understanding of the domestic and international transportation industry, including trucking, rail, air, and ocean modes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to build trust with customers at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Bilingual in Japanese preferred, with experience working with Japanese companies a plus.
