We are seeking a seasoned logistics sales professional to join our team at Sigmaways. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic account planning, negotiation, and contract renewals.


Key Responsibilities:

Maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.


Provide exceptional customer support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of problems to maintain customer satisfaction.


Identify new business opportunities within existing key accounts and explore avenues for upselling or cross-selling.


Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize customer retention and growth, collaborating with internal stakeholders to align business strategies with key account goals.


Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.


Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and identify new opportunities.


Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about relevant updates, new offerings, and industry insights.


Meet sales targets for revenue growth and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field.


7+ years of experience in international freight forwarding, warehouse operations, and/or relevant logistics sales experience.


Thorough understanding of the domestic and international transportation industry.


Ability to build trustworthy relationships with customers at all levels.


Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.


Excellent problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.


Bilingual in Japanese.


Experience working with Japanese companies.
