Logistics Sales/Key Account Manager

Samsung SDS America is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Sales/Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for planning and executing direct sales activities to attain new customers in domestic and international freight forwarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts and serve as the main point of contact for key clients.
- Conduct regular assessments to understand the evolving needs and goals of key customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure that products or services align with the client's requirements.
- Provide excellent customer support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of problems to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Actively seek new business opportunities within existing key accounts, exploring avenues for upselling or cross-selling.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize customer retention and growth.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer behavior and conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business-related field.
- 7+ years of experience in international freight forwarding and warehouse operations with Supply Chain Knowledge and/or relevant logistics sales experience.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the domestic and international transportation industry (trucking, rail, air, and ocean modes).
- Ability to build trustworthy relationships with customers at all levels (C Level, Managers, Staff).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Team Player.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Ability to travel up to 30% U.S.
- Korean Bilingual preferred.
