  • Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, including compensation, diversity, and employment law.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with excellent data management skills.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • PHR certification is preferred, but enthusiasm and dedication are highly valued.
