Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our revenue organization, you will be responsible for prospecting and nurturing larger named accounts, including SMB and mid-enterprise customers. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospects
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Work closely with our Growth team to increase product awareness and adoption
  • Nurture and follow up with customers to share relevant use cases and gather requirements
  • Guide customers through implementation plans to drive paid conversion
  • Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to share feedback and feature requests
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in a closing role, preferably in SaaS, IT, or B2B technology companies
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive and innovative approach to sales
  • Strategic thinker, capable of developing and executing sales plans that align with company objectives and market trends
  • Autonomous and self-motivated, with a willingness to take initiative and drive sales initiatives forward
