Job Location: Chico, California (Remote outside sales position; candidates must reside in the area full-time.)

YOUR ROLE:

BSN Sports is seeking a Field Sales Professional in Chico, California. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle within your designated territory and providing outstanding service to our clientele.

Compensation: The typical salary range for this position is $45,000 - $70,000, with the potential for additional performance-based incentives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver top-tier, consultative customer service to coaches within your territory, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and qualify leads in your territory to generate additional sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation initiatives.
  • Expand sales within existing accounts by catering to all sports at various levels, ensuring equitable service across all coaching roles.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to recognize new trends and opportunities within the market.
  • Maintain and manage your account portfolio while traveling within your assigned territory.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Comfortable using an iPad for business purposes.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Over three years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, ideally in the sporting goods sector, or a background in coaching/sports.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Demonstrated involvement in the local community.
