Job Location: Chico, California (Remote outside sales position, with the requirement to reside in the area full-time.)

YOUR ROLE:

BSN Sports is seeking a Field Sales Specialist in Chico, California . The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle within their designated territory and providing outstanding service to our clientele.

Compensation: The typical salary range for this position is $45,000 - $70,000, with opportunities for additional performance-based incentives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service to coaches within the assigned territory, striving to make their tasks easier. Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Identify and qualify leads within the territory to create additional sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation efforts. Expand sales within existing accounts by servicing all sports at every level, ensuring equitable service for all coaches. Leverage data-driven insights to uncover new trends and opportunities within the market. Maintain and manage your account portfolio while traveling within your designated territory.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with using an iPad for business purposes. Proven ability to take initiative and work autonomously in a dynamic environment with minimal oversight. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to effectively engage with both external and internal stakeholders. Must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) outside sales, ideally within the sporting goods sector, or a background in coaching/sports. Bachelor's Degree. Demonstrated involvement in the local community.
