ROLE OVERVIEW:

Resy is seeking a skilled Field Sales Executive to further expand our network of top-tier restaurants. Your main responsibility will be collaborating with our Sales leaders to refine our strategy and onboard strategic high-end partners that enhance our network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to demonstration and closing Formulate and implement a market entry strategy tailored to your designated territory in the Los Angeles region Leverage existing industry connections to secure high-level meetings with premier restaurants and groups in your territory Cultivate new key industry relationships through a field sales approach Proactively target new restaurant openings and leading establishments that significantly impact our network and business Consistently meet and exceed sales objectives Maintain an organized CRM (Salesforce) and sales pipeline

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

A seasoned sales executive or a senior restaurant operator with a strong understanding of business operations Established connections with leading restaurants in your territory A unique combination of experience in technology and hospitality Ability to utilize your existing network and industry connections to generate new leads Proven success in previous roles Committed to acquiring new business Motivated by challenges—viewing obstacles as opportunities A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote sales environment to achieve ambitious sales targets Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Passionate about the restaurant sector, restaurant technology, and the hospitality field Willingness to travel as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in selling technology products or reservation systems to restaurants

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $95,000.00 annually plus sales incentives and benefits.

The above represents the anticipated salary range for this position. Ultimately, your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
