This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and a deep understanding of the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and surpass sales targets to foster business expansion.
- Identify and cultivate leads through proactive outreach and face-to-face interactions.
- Address customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and services.
- Participate in industry conventions and events.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial lead to closing deals, overcoming any customer objections.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promote additional product offerings.
- Collaborate with fellow sales representatives to meet collective sales goals.
- Establish and nurture relationships with influential medical professionals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Territory Sales Managers.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in medical devices, capital equipment, surgical instruments, or laser technology.
- A proactive B2B sales approach with a strong willingness to engage in high-volume cold calling and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and technical proficiency.
