Position Overview:
As the Director of Brand Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our brand initiatives. Your leadership will guide the team in identifying research requirements and spearheading various launch projects within the organization. Collaboration with creative teams will be essential to ensure alignment and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor junior strategists in crafting comprehensive customer journeys.
2. Identify marketing and communication opportunities by addressing key challenges.
3. Oversee the research process, from establishing objectives to selecting methodologies.
4. Structure research designs to fulfill project requirements and ensure junior strategists extract critical insights.
5. Guide the analytical development of junior strategists, suggesting frameworks to meet project goals.
6. Evaluate and refine junior strategists' analyses to ensure actionable outcomes.
7. Develop insights that drive behavioral changes, enhance positioning, and spark effective communication.
8. Collaborate with Medical Strategy to deepen understanding of market opportunities and differentiate our offerings.
9. Independently create compelling and unique positioning statements.
10. Facilitate and lead positioning workshops with clients.
11. Work closely with the Creative Director and Medical Strategy to prepare comprehensive briefing documents.
12. Manage workshop logistics, including planning, coordination, and material preparation.
13. Conduct thorough background analyses and research to generate customer insights and narrative arcs for pitches.

Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience in research and strategic planning.
- Experience in healthcare professional (HCP) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing.
- A critical thinker with innovative ideas that inspire creativity.
- Experience in brand launches is advantageous.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships through deep business immersion.
- Capable of independently drafting creative briefs based on client requirements.
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
