Position Overview

At TopView Sightseeing, we are on a mission to redefine travel experiences for both tourists and locals. As we expand our global footprint, we are seeking a Head of Marketing Strategy to spearhead our marketing initiatives across various platforms and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Direction: Formulate and articulate a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our corporate objectives. Inspire and guide the marketing team to achieve excellence in execution.
  • Global Outreach: Propel our growth by crafting innovative marketing strategies tailored for both global and local markets, ensuring a robust framework to support our expansion.
  • Revenue Enhancement: Drive financial success through strategic marketing initiatives. Collaborate with executive leadership to establish revenue goals and monitor progress.
  • Integrated Marketing: Oversee a diverse range of marketing activities, including market research, digital marketing, traditional advertising, social media, email campaigns, and event marketing.
  • Brand Stewardship: Collaborate with product teams to develop compelling narratives for our brands. Establish a long-term brand strategy that fosters loyalty and enhances brand recognition.
  • Product Promotion: Work closely with product and sales teams to implement effective product marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Create and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring a loyal customer base.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop and utilize key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years in a senior marketing leadership role within a rapidly growing organization.
  • Proven experience in driving revenue growth through comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • A successful track record of building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
