Position Purpose:

The Head of Marketing Strategy will spearhead the marketing initiatives for our brands, ensuring the successful execution of innovative campaigns and strategic direction. This role entails full oversight of multiple brands or a Global Market Development Center, while actively managing local marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Communication

  • Enhance market presence by formulating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Oversee the creation of brand messaging and ensure consistent execution across all platforms, including digital, print, and events.
  • Provide strategic guidance to external Marketing and PR agencies.
  • Develop effective channel strategies in collaboration with Sales management to identify growth opportunities.
  • Approve product launch strategies and initiatives on both global and domestic fronts.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with global marketing partners and industry influencers.
  • Lead and inspire the marketing team, conducting performance reviews and offering mentorship for professional growth.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration and project management to ensure seamless communication.
  • Direct the Market Development Center, providing guidance on brand positioning and messaging.
  • Oversee the forecasting process for new launches and promotional activities.

Analytical Oversight

  • Assume full P&L responsibility, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Guarantee accuracy in forecasting and inventory management.
  • Manage the brand promotional calendar and conduct KPI evaluations.
  • Approve pricing strategies for the brand.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.

Project Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the initiation of new product launches, ensuring collaborative efforts align with brand objectives.
  • Approve essential project documentation and maintain the integrity of product data.
  • Conduct market research as necessary to inform product development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing product lines or categories.
  • An MBA is preferred.

Work Environment: This position is primarily office-based, with occasional travel required for customer engagements and market research activities.
