About the Role:
Fourth Floor is in search of a Head of Brand Marketing for a prominent baby brand. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, collaborative, and innovative professional with extensive expertise in branding, storytelling, digital engagement, and integrated marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement detailed marketing strategies that align with brand objectives, audience insights, and prevailing market dynamics.
- Work collaboratively to enhance the brand's online presence, ensuring messaging consistency and improved conversion metrics.
- Direct storytelling efforts across diverse marketing platforms (including influencer partnerships, out-of-home advertising, and paid media) while assessing performance against established key performance indicators.
- Design and execute promotional strategies aimed at boosting customer acquisition and retention, which includes crafting marketing collateral and campaigns.
- Supervise the creation and dissemination of educational content across various channels such as email, advertising, websites, and social media, maintaining brand messaging coherence.
- Manage both short-term and long-term financial plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and evaluate the return on investment for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, including at least two years in a leadership capacity.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities coupled with a profound understanding of brand development and communication.
- Demonstrated capability in managing, analyzing, and effectively distributing marketing budgets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, characterized by a proactive and self-driven approach.
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to connect strategies to quantifiable outcomes.
- A dynamic individual with a genuine passion for positively influencing the business and team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Compensation: Salary range of $130,000-$140,000 based on experience.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with 3-4 days on-site.
