Fourth Floor is seeking a dynamic Head of Brand Marketing Strategy to lead our initiatives in the baby product sector. The successful candidate will be an innovative and collaborative leader with extensive expertise in brand management, storytelling, and integrated marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with brand objectives, audience insights, and industry trends.
- Enhance the digital footprint of the brand, ensuring cohesive messaging and improved conversion metrics.
- Drive storytelling efforts across multiple marketing platforms (including influencer partnerships, out-of-home advertising, and paid media) while assessing performance through established metrics.
- Design and execute promotional strategies aimed at boosting customer acquisition and loyalty, including the creation of marketing collateral and campaigns.
- Supervise the production and dissemination of educational content across various channels such as email, advertising, websites, and social media, maintaining brand consistency.
- Manage both short-term and long-term financial plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and evaluate the return on investment for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, with at least two years in a leadership capacity.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with a profound understanding of brand development and communication.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing, analyzing, and distributing marketing budgets effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, coupled with a proactive and self-driven attitude.
- Analytical thinker capable of connecting strategies to quantifiable outcomes.
- High-energy professional eager to make a positive impact on the organization and its team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
