Position Overview

The Head of Brand Marketing Strategy will spearhead our branding initiatives and marketing strategies. As a pivotal leader, this role is accountable for crafting and implementing cutting-edge brand campaigns, bolstering brand value, and enhancing consumer interaction across diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Campaign Leadership: Oversee the creation, briefing, planning, execution, and analysis of comprehensive marketing campaigns that effectively narrate the brand's mission, values, and offerings.
  • Brand Voice Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and Brand Ambassador to ensure the brand's voice and identity are represented authentically and uniformly across all consumer interactions.
  • Audience Insight Development: Cultivate a profound understanding of the target demographic and establish best practices for engagement.
  • Integrated Campaign Management: Ensure cohesive execution of all brand campaigns across various marketing channels.
  • Brand Awareness Initiatives: Propel brand visibility through public relations, partnerships, organic social media, events, and out-of-home advertising.
  • Retail Marketing Strategy: Lead marketing efforts to enhance conversion rates in retail environments.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to produce captivating marketing materials.
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer and Head of Business Development to establish significant brand partnerships.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges for the brand.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals to meet marketing objectives and key performance indicators.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in branding or marketing roles.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated history of developing and executing effective brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise: Strong proficiency in content marketing, public relations, partnerships, and organic social media strategies.
