Position Summary
In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will collaborate with customers and the Sales team to manage incoming calls, process orders, address inquiries, and deliver general assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a multi-line phone system efficiently.
- Utilize various software applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
