Key Responsibilities

  • Review and finalize incoming product requests received through various channels in a prompt manner.
  • Manage daily requests for demonstration and laboratory inventory to support corporate and commercial events, coordinating all shipping logistics.
  • Ensure the timely return of inventory items post their scheduled return dates.
  • Oversee the request and fulfillment of custom bone model orders to support patient education initiatives.
  • Generate detailed reports on the usage of all demonstration and cadaveric lab inventory on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Coordinate the shipment of requested orders, address shipping challenges, and inform clients regarding any delays or missing materials.
  • Assist the Tradeshows team with product requests, inventory logistics, and participate in on-site activities, including booth setup, dismantling, workshops, and promotional events.
  • Determine the appropriate shipping methods for marketing materials in line with company policies.
  • Maintain and update relevant customer order data, including modifications to existing orders, and provide alternative resources when requested items are unavailable.
  • Support international requests, including the necessary documentation for import and customs clearance.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), presentation software (PowerPoint), and data visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5%, including weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in domestic and international logistics.
  • Background in inventory management.
