Your Role

As a Regional Sales Executive at Intermex Wire Transfer, you will implement established strategies and objectives aimed at enhancing business growth and driving volume through both new and existing clientele.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating new revenue streams by targeting specific zip codes, including prospecting and onboarding new business in underserved areas through direct, face-to-face sales to small and mid-sized local enterprises.
  • Expanding the profitability of our current customer base.
  • Developing and adhering to weekly sales routes/plans to optimize district efficiencies, engaging with at least 50 retailers weekly.
  • Delivering compelling product presentations by showcasing our industry-leading suite of offerings and money transfer services.
  • Enhancing existing agent relationships by surpassing expectations through regular sales visits, quarterly business assessments, and consistently presenting tailored solutions.
  • Proactively managing all prospect data within our CRM system.
  • Collaborating across departments to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximize our product offerings and profitability.

In this role, you will be expected to meet and exceed key performance indicators, including sales call activity, wire sales targets, agent activation goals, and gross margin sales objectives.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should possess:
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated B2B sales experience within SMB territories.
  • Experience in retail networks, supermarkets, or the money transfer industry.
  • Relevant experience in prepaid card services (such as telephone cards or credit cards) is highly regarded.
  • A multicultural background, with a preference for experience in Mexico and Guatemala.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Access to a personal vehicle and car insurance, with a willingness to drive 50-90% of the time.
