Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee the Los Angeles region. This pivotal role involves generating new business prospects while enhancing relationships with current clients and ensuring exceptional service quality. The successful candidate will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including end users, foodservice dealers, consultants, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent ITW Food Equipment Group brands within the designated territory.
- Identify market trends, competitive challenges, and business opportunities to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Develop and sustain robust customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers.
- Employ value-based selling techniques while executing market strategies and negotiation tactics to secure business.
- Collaborate with the existing Sales Manager and Independent Representative Group to drive sales growth.
- Work cross-functionally with various FEG product lines to implement annual initiatives, including coordination with installation teams and service contractors.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage and promote transactional and project opportunities.
- Prepare and present business reviews to senior management and select dealers.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all FEG product lines relevant to industry requirements.
- Demonstrate expertise in specifications and applications of all FEG equipment.
- Manage and negotiate competitive bidding for project work with multiple distribution partners.
- Plan and conduct regional training sessions on all product lines.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven sales track record, preferably in food equipment, with experience working directly with dealers and end users.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with professional presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The base salary range for this position is between $105,000 and $130,000, depending on various factors including qualifications and experience.
