Position Overview:
This opportunity is with WayUp, collaborating with a leading service provider in the education sector. We are currently looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to assist with inquiries related to Federal Student Aid (FSA) Loan Servicing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming communications and initiate outbound calls regarding FSA Loan Servicing.
- Utilize available systems and resources to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Support departmental objectives and adhere to corporate policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on program changes and enhance service delivery.

Training and Development:
Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared for the role. This training will be conducted remotely, with a structured schedule.
