About The RoleAs a vital member of our Customer Success team, you will engage with our clients to facilitate the effective use of our software following the implementation phase.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess client requirements and implement tailored change management strategies to ensure a smooth and personalized onboarding experience, maximizing product usage.
- Oversee ongoing product training through various channels, including online resources, webinars, and in-app guidance.
- Enhance community engagement by connecting users through webinars, user groups, online forums, and other platforms.
- Refine and document internal processes for customer success to ensure scalability.
- Provide constructive feedback to other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Onboarding:
Act as a key support to our Implementation Managers, facilitating the onboarding of new clients and ensuring a seamless transition.
Client Advocate:We value customer interactions, and you will have the chance to build relationships by participating in meetings and understanding client needs.
Collaborative Partner:Work closely with both the support and invoicing teams, managing support inquiries and assisting with upsells and renewals.
Evaluate Success:Conduct annual account assessments to gauge client satisfaction and identify areas for enhancement.

This role requires strong project management skills to assist clients in maximizing their use of our software.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve client project goals and enhance satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Capacity to develop comprehensive product knowledge and patiently train others to ensure clients realize product value.
- Project management skills to optimize internal workflows as the business scales.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer success, training, or account management within a B2B or B2G SaaS environment.
- Experience with companies that have scaled from $5-10M to $25M+ in annual revenue.
- Familiarity with the water/wastewater industry.
