Maid Sailors Cleaning Service is a highly-rated residential cleaning provider dedicated to delivering a seamless cleaning experience for our clients. ABOUT YOUR POSITION
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for our clients, showcasing your expertise in our brand and the services we offer for their home cleaning requirements.
Your role will involve clear communication with customers over the phone, providing them with pricing details, and addressing their inquiries through various channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple platforms including phone, email, text, and live chat.
2. Acquire in-depth knowledge of Maid Sailors' offerings and internal systems to assist our customers efficiently and accurately.
3. Support both clients and cleaning personnel by promptly identifying and addressing customer needs or issues.
4. Embrace a culture of continuous improvement, contributing to enhancing every customer's experience.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.
- Familiarity with major urban areas.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is advantageous.
