As a trusted consultant, you will work closely with district administrators and educators to comprehend their specific needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding:

Oversee the onboarding journey for new clients, delivering essential training and support to seamlessly integrate our services into their educational institutions.


Sales Collaboration:
Partner with the sales team throughout the client engagement process to ensure all client requirements are fulfilled.

Implementation:
Collaborate with clients to design and execute implementation strategies that align with their objectives.

Educational Resource Development:
Contribute to the creation of training programs and educational resources.

Data Reporting:
Examine business metrics and present insights to clients.

Service Utilization:

Ensure that clients fully utilize the contracted services by maintaining implementation records to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.

Track client engagement with our services and seek opportunities to enhance or broaden our offerings.


Revenue Oversight:
Leverage revenue metrics to guarantee that deliverables are in line with the service agreements.

Data Evaluation:
Assess data to measure the effectiveness of educational solutions and propose modifications to meet client objectives.

Client Support:
Provide timely and effective customer support, addressing any issues or concerns professionally and courteously. Take ownership of all accounts in a collaborative model.

Proactive Client Engagement:
Connect with clients through various communication channels to secure renewals and expand service offerings.

Client Retention:
Formulate and implement strategies to ensure that clients continue to engage with our services year after year.

Conversion Oversight:
Manage the conversion process, negotiate terms as necessary, and maintain strong partnerships with clients.

Key Requirements:
Willingness to travel to client locations as needed to ensure satisfaction (up to 35% including overnight travel).
A bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a client success role, preferably within the education sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

CRM Proficiency:
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is essential for managing client interactions and tracking success metrics. Experience with tools like Salesforce or Zendesk is advantageous.
A proven history of managing the complete client lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal.
Strong accountability and organizational skills are crucial.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on teamwork.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
