Position Overview

R&R Human Resources Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our client, a reputable financial services firm. This part-time role offers a hybrid work environment, requiring two days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of applications for new investment accounts and insurance policies, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Input and manage financial data for client projections.
  • Generate investment reports based on specified criteria.
  • Oversee workflow and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and files.
  • Ensure proper registration on various platforms.
  • Support the implementation of estate planning and trust modifications.
  • Track invoices related to financial plans.
  • Process death claim forms and modifications for insurance/annuity.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant work experience; entry-level candidates may be considered.
  • Must have a clean financial background; credit checks and fingerprinting are required.
  • Possess strategic thinking skills to recommend process improvements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a strong aptitude for online software tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other support staff.
  • Capable of providing support to a team of financial advisors.
