Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a variety of HR transactions within the Workday HRIS system, including onboarding new hires, processing departures, managing job and pay changes, creating requisitions, addressing paycheck inquiries, and generating reports.
  • Ensure employee records are maintained accurately and promptly within the designated system.
  • Assist the Benefits team by addressing benefits-related inquiries and processing tuition reimbursement requests.
  • Support annual enrollment activities and manage retiree medical administration.
  • Handle and reconcile invoices for compensation and benefits vendors.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in HR coordination or administrative support, with a focus on Benefits and HRIS.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, with specific experience in Workday being essential.
  • Ability to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
