The position requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of HR transactions within the Workday HRIS system, including onboarding new hires, processing departures, managing job and pay changes, creating requisitions, addressing paycheck inquiries, and generating reports.
- Ensure employee records are maintained accurately and promptly within the designated system.
- Assist the Benefits team by addressing benefits-related inquiries and processing tuition reimbursement requests.
- Support annual enrollment activities and manage retiree medical administration.
- Handle and reconcile invoices for compensation and benefits vendors.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in HR coordination or administrative support, with a focus on Benefits and HRIS.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, with specific experience in Workday being essential.
- Ability to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
- A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
