Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client information.
- Implement client check-in procedures to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, directing them appropriately.
- Process client payments for services rendered.
- Distribute necessary paperwork for both new and existing clients.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
- Ensure timely distribution of client statements as required.
- Accurately upload client documents into the electronic medical records system.
- Oversee the waiting area and maintain cleanliness of workstations.
- Complete assigned projects in a timely manner as directed by supervisors.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist role or similar capacity.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Zoom.
- Effective time management skills.
