Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Client Success Advisors and other team members to develop, improve, and fulfill new programs that align with our strategic vision.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to automate, streamline, and enhance our systems, including FIRST InSite and Salesforce.
  • Establish SMART goals, develop key performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports for executive stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for continual improvements and develop comprehensive plans to implement changes.
  • Handle communication plans, collateral, and training materials for new programs and initiatives.
Requirements
