Position Summary:

The Partnerships Project/Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing partnership initiatives and engagements, ensuring both efficiency and quality. This role requires collaboration with both external partners and internal teams to foster growth and successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective communication within the partnerships team and across various departments.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and maintain essential documentation and reports.
  • Assist partnership leaders in developing and executing growth strategies.
  • Coordinate market entry strategies for new product launches.
  • Develop and sustain a partner matrix along with marketing initiatives.
  • Promote customer engagement and advocate for partnership success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital or technology project management within the retail media sector.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of driving projects to successful completion.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proven capacity to foster teamwork and accountability.
  • Proficient in utilizing project management tools and software.
