Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead our presales operations in the US from India.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical knowledge, strategic insight, and business acumen to cultivate and manage partnerships, particularly focusing on innovative technologies such as cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI).

With a solid foundation in technical education and a minimum of 6 years in the industry, this role presents a unique opportunity to shape and drive the future of our presales initiatives in alignment with global strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development:
Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with US-based organizations, including technology firms, system integrators, and industry influencers.

Collaborate closely with partners to understand their offerings, technology roadmaps, and market positioning, ensuring alignment with our solutions and business objectives.

Develop joint value propositions and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with partners to drive mutual growth and market expansion.


Presales Strategy and Execution:


Lead presales activities for US-based clients, leveraging in-depth technical knowledge and understanding of cloud and AI technologies to articulate value propositions and address customer needs effectively.

Work closely with the sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions, proposals, and demonstrations that showcase the capabilities and competitive advantages of our offerings.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, recommendations, and thought leadership on technology trends, industry best practices, and innovative solutions.


Relationship Management:


Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, including executive leadership, sales teams, and technical experts, to drive collaboration and mutual success. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating joint initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Facilitate regular communication and engagement activities, such as business reviews, joint planning sessions, and training workshops, to foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.


Market Intelligence and Innovation:


Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the cloud and AI domains, conducting continuous research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Provide insights and feedback to internal teams based on market intelligence and customer feedback, contributing to the development of product roadmaps, solution enhancements, and go-to-market strategies.


Negotiation and Contract Management:
Lead negotiation efforts and contract discussions with potential partners. Ensure that partnership agreements are structured to maximize value for all parties involved.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to align partnership activities with overall business objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in presales, alliance management, or related roles within the technology industry, with a proven track record of success.

Strong technical background with expertise in cloud computing and AI technologies, including but not limited to infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), machine learning, and natural language processing.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving initiatives from conception to execution and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives, sales professionals, and technical experts.

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic partnerships and joint go-to-market initiatives, preferably in the context of global markets, particularly the US market.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
