We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Strategic Growth and Partnerships to join our team at Help at Home. Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and research potential acquisition targets in the home care industry, utilizing various resources and tools to gather relevant information on companies.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities aligned with Help at Home's growth objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, executives, and advisors of target companies.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
  • Develop strategic market plans and programs to support acquisitions in designated market segments.
  • Identify volume and strategic customers; and develop partnerships.
  • Develop strategic direction from market information and create compelling market analysis presentations.
  • Initiate strategies for companies to make steady profits.
  • Reviews and analyzes current company's strategies of operations.
  • Develops and prepares presentations for prospective clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development roles.
  • Prior experiences in creating and implementing strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging M&A/partner targets, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong strategy and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business opportunities and financial statements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to deal with conflict in a professional manner.
  • Ability to effectively communicate externally as well as internally with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) software.
  • Understanding and ability to use Project Management software.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
