Position Summary:

The Partnerships Project/Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing partnership initiatives and engagements, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality outcomes. This role requires collaboration with both external partners and internal teams to foster growth and successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the flow of information within the partnerships team and across various departments.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and maintain essential documentation and reports.
  • Assist partnership leaders in the development and execution of growth strategies.

  • Develop and manage partner matrices and marketing initiatives.

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of driving projects to successful completion.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to encourage collaboration and accountability among team members.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
