Role Summary:

The Strategic Partnerships Manager is tasked with enhancing TriCore's market presence by identifying, cultivating, and securing new business partnerships within their designated territory. This position collaborates closely with the Director of Sales and Solutions Architects, providing essential technical knowledge throughout the sales process to ensure that solutions are both viable and accurately priced. The Manager guarantees exceptional client service and articulates client needs within TriCore to deliver superior products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance TriCore's brand visibility and market share across various regions.
  • Develop and present a business strategy to sales management on a bi-annual basis.
  • Identify potential clients through networking with partners, suppliers, and existing customers.
  • Evaluate potential business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financial implications.
  • Identify strategic growth areas by being a thought leader in your focus area and propose new offerings during business plan reviews.
  • Engage with clients to understand and lead their initiatives.
  • Review all proposals for accuracy and alignment with client expectations and TriCore's financial goals.
  • Meet sales and activity targets as outlined by the Director of Sales.
  • Participate in project kickoff meetings to ensure clear communication of client expectations to the project execution team.
  • Assist Project Managers and Technical Managers in explaining scope and delivery to clients when necessary.
  • Work with project management and Technical Managers to monitor project status and identify potential issues or opportunities.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently, keeping the Director of Sales informed of any challenges.
  • Possess a strong understanding of TriCore's capabilities and effectively communicate all offerings to clients.
  • Present market insights, industry knowledge, and the TriCore brand to all customers.
  • Report to the Director of Sales, providing regular updates on account activities.
  • Always represent TriCore in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions-based sales (preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience (preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to generating and developing new leads.
  • Advanced proficiency in PC applications, including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of details accurately.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with clients both in-person and remotely.
  • Technical knowledge of industrial environments and all TriCore products.
