Territory Development Manager

We're looking for a Territory Development Manager to drive sales growth and development in the Greater Cincinnati area. This role involves supporting Keurig Dr Pepper brands and developing strategic plans to increase sales and market share.
About the Position
The Territory Development Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with large format customers and on-premise customers, focusing on up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 per year.
Main Responsibilities
- 1. Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth, share growth, distribution, and to obtain specific volume objectives.
- 2. Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer bases.
- 3. Participate in the installation of revamped beverage sections, displays, and placement of point-of-sale material according to company merchandising standards.
- 4. Maintain accurate sales records for all assigned accounts, including special reports on promotional activity, competitive sales, and space allocations.
- 5. Maintain adequate amounts of back stock in each account to ensure product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.
