Business Development Representative

City Wide Facility Solutions is a dependable and positive organization built on a foundation of trust. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for new business development in a highly productive, sales-driven environment. Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing mutually profitable business relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process: Identify potential clients, schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations.
- Closing Deals: Build rapport with potential accounts, explain our service capabilities, overcome objections, and prepare contacts.
- Customer Relationship Management: Utilize and manage your CRM system to maintain all customer information.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, sales team members, and contractors to achieve sales goals.
- Professional Development: Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with Clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
About the Role:
This position requires a strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory. You will need to be organized within a defined sales process, able to move clients from prospect to close, and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years outside B2B sales experience, preferably in outside sales.
- Skill Set: Strong prospecting and territory development skills, proficiency in CRM systems, and prior sales training certificate.
- Prior Experience: Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales and working in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Personality: Outgoing, dynamic personality with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
Benefits:
City Wide Facility Solutions offers an attractive compensation package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days. Other benefits include three weeks of paid PTO, six paid holidays, Simple IRA with company match, and long-term disability offered at no cost to the employee. This is a territory-based opportunity with mileage reimbursement at $0.625 per mile (capped at $450/month).
