Senior Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at City Wide Facility Solutions. This is a territory-based opportunity with a highly competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
About the RoleThis position involves developing new business relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and closing sales deals. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing your own sales territory, utilizing your CRM system to track client interactions, and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and site visits
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in sales performance
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity within the CRM system
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss sales strategy, marketing initiatives, and operational updates
- 2-3 years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to effectively utilize data analysis to drive sales decisions
- Prior sales training certificate, such as Sandler or Dale Carnegie, an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
