Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive individual to support our operations team in managing daily account processing, performance reconciliation, account maintenance, and client billing. This role involves collaboration with both internal teams and external partners, such as custodians and broker/dealers, to ensure efficient workflows that contribute to client success. The position offers a comprehensive understanding of all operational functions within the organization. The selected candidate will cultivate and maintain strong operational relationships with key industry contacts to facilitate effective problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily reconciliations of accounts, including transactions, positions, and cash for clients.
  • Process account requests related to new openings, funding, terminations, and maintenance.
  • Address and resolve client-reported issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with custodians to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Engage directly with advisors to respond to inquiries and provide guidance.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
  • Assist advisors in the resubmission process of documents through the platform.
  • Manage documents submitted by clients, ensuring necessary corrections are made prior to processing.
  • Participate in processing service requests to maintain operational effectiveness.
  • Support clients in troubleshooting and resolving daily operational issues.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal client service teams and external clients to effectively address process challenges.
  • Understand the implications of transactions on the Portfolio Accounting System, including reconciliation and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve operational challenges related to reconciliation and performance reporting, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Enhance customer service quality by evaluating and redesigning processes, establishing service metrics, and implementing changes as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive process manuals, including procedural documentation and user guides.
  • Engage in root cause analysis to rectify and prevent process deviations.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned by supervisors or managers.
  • Adhere to Envestnet's legal, compliance, risk, and administrative policies, including timely completion of training and awareness programs.
  • Support Envestnet's established corporate practices and internal controls designed to minimize risk and create value.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote) is essential.
