  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years in transmission and substation construction is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary for effective project management.
