Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate processing of payment receipts and bank deposits.
  • Support Accounts Payable by scrutinizing invoices and securing necessary approvals prior to payment processing.
  • Reconcile Direct Bill commission statements to guarantee accurate payment reception.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding direct bill payments.
  • Facilitate payments to insurance carriers via account current statements.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Controller to aid the accounting team and ensure timely task completion.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred minimum of 2 years in bookkeeping or as an accounting assistant.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and external parties.
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities for accurate financial transaction recording and account reconciliation.
  • Effective problem-solving and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented to maintain precise financial records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: $60,000-$67,000.
