About the Role

As a Client Service Representative at World Insurance Associates LLC, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, setting us apart from the competition.

Your daily support for clients and members will assist them in optimizing their benefits coverage as they navigate the healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently and collaboratively work with Client Managers and Producers to provide outstanding client service
  • Address day-to-day service issues such as claims, billing, eligibility, and enrollment matters
  • Keep track of daily service tasks in the Agency Management System and related technology
  • Aid clients in onboarding new employees by enrolling them in benefits plans
  • Assist in managing billing and reconciliation matters to ensure accurate billing and enrollment
  • Communicate benefit information to employees, guide them through open enrollment, and educate on available options
  • Update Agency Management system with policy information and maintain accurate records
  • Provide support for benefit enrollment and document management requirements
  • Build strong client relationships and coordinate with the service and sales team to resolve escalated issues
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience dealing with health and welfare plans
  • Strong client service orientation with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of hire
