Client Account Management Specialist

Position Overview:
The Portfolio Administration Services team is seeking an individual eager to develop and enhance their skills within the Fintech sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the daily oversight and management of client accounts through Envestnet's trading and account management platform. This role demands a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience to our investment advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily monitoring and management of accounts utilizing Envestnet's trading platform.
- Identify client accounts for potential trading in accordance with established guidelines.
- Review and execute trade instructions, manage service requests, and provide trading assistance.
- Perform daily tasks, including problem resolution using established procedures and protocols.
- Engage in root cause analysis to rectify and/or prevent deviations in processes and workflows.
- Support junior staff members with process methodologies.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned by management.
- Coordinate with the Lead Specialist and Supervisor for backup coverage.
- Understand and support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls, and procedures aimed at creating value and minimizing risk.
- Adhere to and apply Envestnet's legal, compliance, risk, business continuity, and administrative policies within the role and department, including timely completion of training and awareness, affirmations, and testing as required.
- Proficient understanding of financial markets, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and ETFs.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with investment management operations and practices, including trading and portfolio accounting systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with shared decision-making.
- Proven capability to troubleshoot daily processing challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
