Position Summary
The Client Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in cultivating new partnerships and aiding in the retention of current business while actively promoting additional services to existing clients within Private Wealth Management. This position is also tasked with enhancing our overall sales strategy in the Private Wealth Management sector.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop new business opportunities by engaging with various Centers of Influence, Executives, and high net worth individuals and families.
2. Reach out to potential clients, as well as medical, legal, tax, and other professional service providers to establish new connections, maintain existing business, and promote additional services to current clients.
3. Responsible for the creation of new relationships and strategies that involve the sale of wealth management services, including investment management, financial planning, fiduciary services, and potential credit and deposit opportunities.
4. Actively participate in community events and continuously enhance knowledge in private wealth management services, including credit, risk management, investments, financial planning, fiduciary services, insurance, real estate, retirement, and tax planning while representing WSFS and its subsidiaries.
5. Stay informed about economic and financial market trends to proactively suggest optimal financial solutions.
6. Recommend innovative solutions in current marketing initiatives and overall sales processes.
7. Build and maintain strong internal relationships within WSFS and with Advisors/Relationship Managers supporting clients.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a Finance-related field.
- CFP, CTFA, MBA, JD, or similar designation is preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in financial services and/or private wealth sales is required.
- Proven sales experience is essential; familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of key financial planning, investment, and fiduciary concepts is necessary.
- Comprehensive understanding of lending and deposit products is required.
- Familiarity with trust services, including fully discretionary and delegated trust services, is essential.
- Must be willing to travel within the Bank's operational areas, as well as nationally.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet organizational and business objectives.
- Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills are required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
- Strong listening and presentation skills are necessary.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
