Envestnet is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Overlay Support Specialist to join our Trade Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and administration of accounts, ensuring seamless execution of trades and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Execute the Account Management Process, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly action items, to ensure optimal portfolio performance and client satisfaction.
  • Trade Execution: Work with Envestnet's proprietary investment management system to identify client accounts for optimization, execute trade instructions, and review recommended transactions based on established guidelines.
  • Audit and Compliance: Review audit reports and perform necessary follow-up to ensure accuracy and consistency across accounts, adhering to client-specific tax settings and security restrictions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Overlay Services Specialists and Sales Teams to provide exceptional service to financial advisors and clients, researching and answering account-specific questions.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in discussions with business and technical analysts to define and test process and technology improvements, enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the investment process.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 0-3 years of relative experience needed, with a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of investment management operations and practices, particularly in separately managed accounts, trading, and portfolio accounting systems. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with daily mission-critical deadlines.
