Position Overview:

As the Director of Regional Operations at Velociti Services, you will hold comprehensive P&L responsibility for the Southeast Region. Your role will encompass overseeing all operational services within the designated area, ensuring that the Operations teams deliver consistent, professional, and high-quality service to clients.

Your representation of Velociti Services will be pivotal in establishing our organization as a premier service provider, with a strong emphasis on safety and adherence to compliance policies, standards, and procedures set forth by Velociti Services, our clients, and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and People & Culture leaders to adopt a comprehensive approach to managing team performance.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance services offered to clients while recognizing the advantages of transitioning accounts to related divisions.
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving the company's revenue objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover new opportunities and assess competitive landscapes.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports to the executive team.
  • Devise strategies that foster regional success, aligning local initiatives with the overarching goals of Velociti Services.
  • Administer quality and performance systems, processes, and plans throughout the organization.
  • Build and sustain professional relationships with all clients, ensuring an active client visitation program.
  • Engage in weekly senior management meetings to discuss key business initiatives, compliance, financial updates, and operational performance.
  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly performance reviews for the organization and external clients.
  • Network with potential clients, offering solutions to their challenges.
  • Assist in developing proposals and pricing in response to customer RFPs.
  • Participate in presentations regarding sales and operational performance to clients.
  • Analyze financial reports and legal documents effectively.
  • Uphold a culture of compliance with all safety, security, and quality standards.
  • Address common inquiries or complaints from clients and regulatory agencies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in market growth (include growth achievements in your resume).
  • Minimum of 5 years of operational leadership and/or sales experience in a facilities service environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Leadership capabilities that inspire a decentralized team to deliver exceptional service and generate strong profits.
  • Experience in implementing scalable processes and organizational structures.
  • Proven history of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to adapt in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated accountability and reliability in all responsibilities.
