We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team as a Napa Account Executive - Southeast Territory. - Build and maintain strong relationships with Napa customers, including jobbers, DCs, and end-users.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Key Account Managers and Sales Support teams, to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales data, including sales reports, customer information, and sales forecasts.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- 3+ years of sales experience in the automotive finishes industry.
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
