Position Summary:

Southeast Clips is expanding its presence in the pet grooming industry. The Pet Grooming Salon Supervisor will have significant autonomy in managing the daily operations of the salon. This role encompasses overseeing both the customer-facing and operational aspects of the business, including retail, scheduling, and grooming services. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in pet grooming, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the aptitude to foster strong relationships with both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Operational Oversight**

- **Daily Operations:** Supervise the everyday functions of the grooming salon, including scheduling, workflow management, and maintaining a clean environment.

- **Inventory Control:** Track and manage the inventory of grooming supplies and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and proper storage.

- **Equipment Upkeep:** Ensure grooming tools and equipment are well-maintained and operational, coordinating repairs or replacements as necessary.

2. **Team Leadership**

- **Staff Supervision:** Lead, train, and mentor grooming personnel to uphold company standards and best practices.

- **Training Initiatives:** Provide training on grooming techniques, animal handling, and safety protocols.
