About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Southeast region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and market share in the commercial waterproofing and coatings industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Establish sales objectives, forecast sales volume and profit, and develop annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
  • Lead Sales Team: Manage the direct sales efforts of the regional sales management team, ensure territory development plans are on target, and coach employees to achieve sales results.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, build strong, long-lasting relationships, and effectively communicate through proposals and presentations.
  • Market Intelligence: Interface with other company departments to achieve sales objectives, report market information, and deliver feedback to departments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide management with written correspondence and monthly reports to cover all aspects of the region that impact sales.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within the coatings and waterproofing industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: 3 years of experience in air barriers and commercial waterproofing or installation.
  • Team Management: 5 years effectively leading teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, MBA or Master's preferred.
