In this role, you will utilize your understanding of the Madison area to expand and enhance the local market by securing partnerships with the most sought-after local enterprises.

This position provides the potential for unlimited commissions based on revenue generation, sales objectives, and company aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

Your Role Will Involve:
Identifying and nurturing leads through various channels, including direct outreach

Arranging in-person and telephonic meetings with qualified prospects

Evaluating potential business opportunities, negotiating favorable agreements, and securing client commitments

Maintaining relationships with clients

Drafting proposals/contracts in accordance with sales guidelines

Communicating ongoing sales activities to the sales management team

Achieving individual quarterly and annual sales targets

Qualifications:

Essential & Preferred:
We seek dynamic team members with a proven track record in sales

Strong familiarity with the local market, including consumer trends and popular merchants and attractions

A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience is required, preferably in online advertising, direct marketing, or local advertising, though all sales backgrounds will be considered

A strategic thinker with demonstrated consulting and interpersonal skills

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of selling at all decision-making levels

A self-driven team player who can surpass goals and revenue expectations

Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook and Twitter

Able to work independently while maintaining focus, productivity, and meeting deadlines

Adaptable and able to quickly adjust to new situations with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor


A valid driver's license and satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check are required for this position.
